Terms

The terms of sale set out here apply to goods supplied by Lindean Mill Glass

Orders and Prices

Lindean Mill Glass do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

All items are bespoke and subject to availability.

Delivery

Delivery will be by courier service or Royal Mail, depending on the size of parcel.

Payment Security

Lindean Mill Glass are not liable for any unauthorised access to information supplied by you.

Cancellation

Lindean Mill Glass will accept a cancellation of an order for 48 hours after the order is placed. However, the order cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Privacy

Lindean Mill Glass do not disclose buyer’s information to third parties.

Returns

Returns can be made within seven days of receipt of goods. However, Lindean Mill Glass are not responsible for the cost of shipping to return the goods. Items should be returned in their original packaging and condition and accompanied with proof of purchase.

Breakages

Breakages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Please forward a photo of the damage to info@lindeanmillglass.co.uk and retain all packaging material for inspection by the courier.

Lindean Mill Glass

As with all handmade glass, sizes and colours may vary slightly. Best care for Lindean Mill Glass is to wash by hand in lukewarm soapy water. In cases of goods that are faulty or wrongly supplied, please contact info@lindeanmillglass.co.uk or 01750 20173.
